Metaproteomics is beginning to dramatically advance our understanding of microbiome functioning through analyzing the spatio-temporal expression of microbial genes and dynamics within a microbial consortium.

The International Metaproteomics Symposium is the leading event in the field of metaproteomics. Hosted in the charming historical city of Avignon from the 25th to the 27th of April 2023, in its 5th edition, the symposium welcomes international scientists from every career stage, offering plenty of opportunities for interaction, networking, exchanging results, and initiating new projects.
